After graduating from the Florida State University College of Law in 2005, founding attorney David Maldonado, J.D. decided to build his career by focusing on personal attention to his clients and achieving the best possible results in resolving his clients' legal issues.
Dr. Maldonado is proud to provide personalized service to his clients and believes that an attorney should remain closely involved with a client's case at every stage of a proceeding. He works closely with his clients as part of a team effort to accomplish their goals.

ATTORNEYS
David Maldonado, J.D.
Dr. Maldonado is the founding attorney for our firm and a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the Florida State University and a graduate of the Florida State University College of Law. During his undergraduate studies, he was in the Marching Chiefs (FSU's marching band), inducted into the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa honor society, and also graduated from the Honors Program with the Highest Honors With Distiction recognition. Dr. Maldonado is a member of the U.S. Supreme Court, Florida Bar, and the U.S. Middle District of Florida.
He has successfully handled numerous civil litigation cases from inception through trial and has also handled appeals for various civil matters. Dr. Maldonado specializes in civil litigation, immigration and naturalization law, lemon law disputes, and hearing coverage for numerous firms throughout the state.
In addition to practicing law, Dr. Maldonado is an avid musician. He plays French Horn and was also a performing member of the Southeastern University drumline (snare; 2013-2021), the Tampa Bay Buccaneers drumline (snare and bass drum; 2018-2021), the Florida Brass Drum and Bugle Corps (snare; 2007-2020), and former instructor for the All Saints Academy drumline. Dr. Maldonado was inducted into the 2019 NFL All-Pro Drumline in recognition of his outstanding performance abilities and contributions to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers drumline and team brand.
Eric Allen, Esq.
Dr. Allen is a graduate of Barry University and graduated from the Brigham Young J. Reuben Clark Law School. Prior to his undergraduate and law school careers, Dr. Allen honorably served in the U.S. Air Force as an instrumentation and autopilot specialist and achieved the rank of E-5 (staff sergeant).
Dr. Allen is our firm's Of Counsel attorney and he specializes in probate and estate law and civil litigation. He has handled numerous estates and trusts from inception through litigation and has successfully litigated numerous civil lawsuits for both Plaintiffs and Defendants.
In his free time, Dr. Allen enjoys various mechanical and electronic projects and serves as the firm's unofficial handyman. He is renowned for his uncanny ability to fix practically anything and everything, and he enjoys taking on technical challenges and operating hand radios.
